Welcome Twin Flames!

If you are experiencing a Twin Flame Connection, you may also be feeling confusion, emotional intensity, or separation that is difficult to understand.

Many people searching for Twin Flame Separation Support or clarity in their connection are experiencing deep emotional and nervous system activation.

This page offers grounded support to help you understand what is happening inside your connection and within yourself.

We are Twin Flames Sherry and Lee we started our journey the spring of 2005. We came into Union Aug 2013 and full union on Oct. 3 2014.

We started a youtube channel to share our journey because what we were learning had a foundation that kept us from being swallowed up by the amount of information there was on the internet or anywhere you looked.

We found soul family with a couple of sets of twins who bonded to our connection and have remained family to us ever since.

If you are not with your twin flame yet you have found a safe place to learn the connection within our union.

We are not here to promise you that you will be with anyone outside of yourself. That is because we focus on how you are connected to yourself like we found we had to be to come into union.

If you would like to know who we are you can find us here!

Why Twin Flames Separate

Twin flame separation is one of the most searched and misunderstood parts of the twin flame journey.

Many believe separation is about timing or distance, but it often reflects internal emotional and nervous system responses being activated through connection.

Understanding this can help shift the experience from confusion to clarity.

When we came into union we were doing root camps with many who found this connection and learned some valuable ways to heal in union and outside of it.. you can find the reviews we did here!

We have Root Camp for Twin Flames specific which focuses on:

What is causing your separation, what you learned before and how it is effecting your being in union. Learn insight of how we communicate and how we stay connected even in times of disconnection.
