Return and Payment Policy

Relationship Reinvented offers digital programs, online healing experiences, private sessions, and live containers rooted in nervous system healing. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Relationship Reinvented LLC are final. This includes digital products, online courses, recorded content, downloads, private sessions, intensives, and programs such as Root Camp. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Session Time and Billing

Sessions are scheduled and billed in 60 minute increments. When a session runs past its scheduled time, the additional minutes are counted and billed at the same hourly rate.

Sessions Scheduled in Advance

Sessions scheduled in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking. Advance scheduling is not available on payment plans.

Rescheduling

To reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships, subscriptions, and community access may be canceled at any time. Payments already processed are non-refundable, and access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Payments and Communication

Payments are due on the agreed date. If you need to arrange a payment, set up a payment plan, or update us on a payment, please email us before the due date.

Payment matters discussed by text, phone, or social media message are not considered received until they are sent by email as described above.

Late payments without email communication may result in future sessions being paused until the balance is resolved.
