Return & Refund Policy

At Relationship Reinvented, we offer digital programs, online healing experiences, coaching containers, and services designed for deep emotional and nervous-system-based transformation. Because of the nature of this work, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products & Online Programs

All digital products, online courses, recorded content, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Due to the immediate delivery and experiential nature of this work, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

Coaching, Healing Sessions & Live Containers

All coaching sessions, private healing sessions, intensives, and live containers are non-refundable once purchased.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships, subscriptions, and community access (including any recurring billing programs) may be canceled at any time. However, payments already processed are non-refundable.

Access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only in rare circumstances at our sole discretion. Any exception must be requested in writing.
